With growing popularity of automatics across all segments, Tata Motors have now opened bookings for their upcoming Nexon AMT. The Tata Nexon compact-SUV has being rather good for itself with all the value proposition, and the AMT gearbox with added convenience is expected to generate more sales. Dubbed as the Tata Nexon HyprDrive Self-Shift Gears (S-SG), bookings for this variant are open for INR 11,000 across all authorized dealerships.
The Nexon HyprDrive Self-Shift Gears comes with 3 driving modes – Eco, City & Sport. This AMT gearbox will be available in both petrol and diesel engine options. This terminology doesn’t just belong to the Nexon, Tata Motors will now brand all of their automatic cars as Hyprdrive while AMT variants will be dubbed as Self-Shift Gears (S-SG).
