Tata Motors registered total sales of 62,192 units in November 2021

Tata Motors has released its sales report for November 2021. Accounting for both domestic and international sales, Tata Motors sold a total of 62,192 vehicles. The figure for the same period last year stood at 49,650 units. For the domestic market, Tata Motors reported a total sales of 58,073 units for the given period. Meanwhile the same for November 2020 stood at 47,859 units. This translates to year-over-year growth of 21 per cent. In the domestic commercial vehicle segment, the sales figure stood at 28,295 units, up from 26,218 units for November 2020. This results in a growth of 8 per cent.

In terms of international business, Tata Motors exported a total of 3,950 units of commercial vehicles for November 2021. Meanwhile, for November 2020, the figure stood at 1,764 units, which translates to a growth of 124 per cent. All in all, for the commercial segment, Tata Motors reported a total sales of 32,245 units, for November 2021, up from 27,982 units for November 2020. This results in year-over-year growth of 15 per cent. In the domestic passenger vehicle segment, Tata Motors sold a total of 29,778 units. This figure breaks down as 28,027 units for the ICE vehicles and 1,751 units for electric vehicles. The overall sales figure for November 2020 stood at 21,641 units, and hence a growth of 38 per cent for the given month.
