Tata Motors gets order for 2,000 XPRES T EVs to Evera

Tata Motors has inked an agreement, today with Evera, which is one of the earliest EV-only – ride-hailing platforms in the Delhi NCR region. As a part of this agreement, Tata Motors will deliver 2,000 XPRES T EVs. With the XPRES-T EV Sedan, Evera has created a new benchmark in the fleet market.

Tata Motors reported that a host of renowned fleet aggregators have joined the green mobility wave with them. Evera has been linked with Tata Motors for a long time now. And now the agreement further strengthens this tie-up, by signing an agreement of delivering 2,000 EVs to them. X-PRES T EV gets enhanced safety, fast charging solution, a premium interior theme along with dynamic performance. All of this at a much affordable price. 

Evera’s Commitment Towards EV Solutions

This association also pretty much aligns with the Government of India’s National Electric Mobility Mission Plan. Furthermore, this also demonstrates Evera’s commitment to providing eco-friendly, efficient, comfortable, and sustainable mobility solutions to customers. With this fleet of Tata Motors’ EVs, Evera will start off the airport services at the Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.

Evera is also looking forward to expanding its services to other cities to fast-track EV adoption in the country by creating an end-to-end ecosystem. This collaborative approach with Tata Motors will allow consumers to access a network of safe-mobility solutions across the country. Evera has plans to lead shaping the EV fleet industry with more such strategic partnerships in the future.

What Is Tata Motors XPRES?

Tata Motors launched the XPRES brand back in 2021. This caters exclusively to fleet customers. The XPRES-T EV is the first vehicle under this brand. This electric sedan comes with 2 range options – 213km and 165km (ARAI-certified range under ideal test conditions). It gets a high energy density battery of 21.5 kWh and 16.5 kWh. The charging time of the scooter takes close to 0 to 80 percent in 90 mins and 110 mins, respectively using fast charging. One can also use a normal charger from any 15 A plug point, which is easily available and convenient. Dual airbags, ABS with EBD is a standard fitment across variants.
