The sleek Tata Curvv, has a waiting period of more than three months. The car made its debut in the market in August with an EV powertrain and later on in September alternatives for petrol and diesel engines were also introduced. Tata Motors shipped 8,218 Tata Curvv to showrooms in October, according to SIAM passenger car sector data.
Waiting period for Curvv EV:
All the Tata Curvv EV models have a waiting period of up to four weeks. The Tata curvv EV has two battery pack options that is one of 40.5 kWh units for the Creative, Accomplished and Accomplished+ variants and other is 55 kWh unit for the Accomplished, Accomplished+ S, Empowered+ and Empowered+ A variants. Waiting period for Tata Curvv diesel:
The Curvv diesel is available in four variants such as Smart, Pure, Creative, and Accomplished. The waiting period for the base variant Smart diesel that comes with a manual gearbox is two months. In just over a month, further Curvv diesel models with manual gearboxe: Pure, Creative, and Accomplished, will be available for delivery. For all Curvv diesel automatic models, there is a waiting period of almost two months. The 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine that powers the Curvv diesel generates the power of 118 bhp. Waiting period for Tata Curvv petrol:
The Curvv base petrol variant has a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine that generates the power of 120 bhp. The waiting period for the manual gearbox-equipped Curvv 1.2 petrol Smart version is more than three months. The Curvv 1.2 petrol-MT’s Pure, Creative, and Accomplished versions can be delivered in about two months. The waiting period for the range with the same engine but an automatic transmission is a little longer, at roughly three months. Only the Creative and accomplished trims of the more potent 125hp Tata Curvv 1.2-TGDI are available. Models with manual gearboxes can be delivered in less than two months, while those with automatic gearboxes must wait for about three months.
