Tata Motors announces the extension of warranty (Tata Motors extended warranty ) and free service period for its commercial vehicles range of vehicles. The company mentioned all its commercial vehicles whose warranty and free services were scheduled to expire from the 1st April 2021 to 30th June 2021 period will now get a one-month extension. This program is applicable across all the states and union territories of India.
The decision is in line with Tata Motor’s similar announcement for its passenger vehicle segment. As a responsible company, Tata Motors wants to take all the necessary steps which will help to control the situation. Currently, the country is going through a very critical phase with an overwhelming number of Covid-19 cases.
The company, along with providing date extension for free services and warranty, announced a host of other measures. The customers of the Tata Suraksha AMC program will also get the benefit of the wing. Tata Motors set up a support team to help the customers get a prompt response to their queries. Customers can reach out to this team at 1800 209 7979 to clarify which they may need for their commercial vehicles.
To help fight the ongoing shortage of oxygen, Tata Motors built the Winger Ambulance. This ambulance gets a built-in oxygen delivery system which is the need of the hour at this time. Maximum of the Covid-19 casualties’ main reason is the lack of oxygen supply. This ambulance will aim to bridge the gap and help to save lives. Tata Motors recently announced that customers looking to buy the Tata Tipper would get up to 100 per cent loan-to-value on the on-road price. For this, the moratorium will be up to 60 days with a tenure of up to 6 years. The company also launched a comprehensive list of tips to help customers keep their cars safe in this lockdown.
