Okaya Electric Vehicles has launched the Ferrato Disruptor electric motorcycle in the Indian market at the price of INR 1,59,999 ex-showroom. Ferrato is the premium brand of Okaya EV, offering electric mobility solutions. The Disruptor electric motorcycle claims to offer not only a futuristic design but also high-performance as well as low running cost. The Ferrato Disruptor is now available for pre booking from online through the brand's official website. The brand will be commencing deliveries of the electric motorcycle in 90 days. Ferrato Disruptor - Powertrain Powering the Ferrato Disruptor is a 6.37 kW PMSM center motor with a chain-driven system. The electric motor claims to offer a riding range of 129 km on a single charge. In addition to this, the motor is also powerful enough to propel the EV to a top speed of 95 kmph. Furthermore, the Disruptor electric motorcycle comes with three drive modes - Eco, City, and Sports. Ferrato Disruptor - Battery The Ferrato Disruptor comes with a lithium-ion LFP battery. The 3.97 kWh battery pack is equipped with a high thermal runaway of 270-degree Centigrade. The high thermal runaway of the LFP battery makes the Disruptor ideal for India's weather conditions. The brand also claims that thanks to the NMC technology, the battery pack has a longer life cycle. The battery also comes with an IP-67 rating for enhanced durability and reliability. Ferrato also offers a comprehensive 3-year/30,000 km warranty on the battery. Ferrato Disruptor - Mechanicals The Ferrato Disruptor comes with telescopic front suspension and a monoshock on the rear. The electric motorcycle also gets disc brakes for stopping power. Ferrato claims that the suspension and brakes enhance the control, stability, and convenience on the Disruptor. The brand also reveals that the Disruptor features all the mechanical parts in order to offer maximum comfort, safety, and agility on the road. Ferrato Disruptor - Features The Ferrato Disruptor comes with features such as a digital- hybrid display. In addition to this, the Ferrato Disruptor also comes with integrated Bluetooth and GPS connectivity. The connectivity features also include geo-fencing, and Find My Vehicle functionality.
