By end of this year, the 125cc scooter segment will cross the 1 million unit sales mark. The Destini 125 has been priced at INR 54,650 for the LX variant, and INR 57,500 for the VX variant Destini will be available in LX & VX variants. The new Hero MotoCorp Destini 125 will come with a metal body. The Destini 125 will come with Hero MotoCorp's i3S technology, which is their way of terminology for the Idle Start Stop System. i3S is for the first time in the scooter segment. This new scooter will have chrome accents, to position it as a premium product. This will be a family premium scooter. Features include remote key opening, telescopic front suspension, integrated braking system (combi brake), external fuel filling lever, body coloured rear view mirrors, digital + analogue speedometer console, cast wheels, dual textured seats, mobile charging port, boot lamp, chrome accents on apron and side body. LX variant will not get chrome accents, standard wheels, single tone seat The 125cc engine on the Destini 125 is completely in-house decelopment. It comes with 9% more power and 17% more torque. Engine produces 8.7 BHP of power @ 6750 RPM and 10.2 Nm of torque @ 5000 RPM Metallic colour options on both Destini 125 LX & VX variants.
