Suzuki rolls out 7 millionth unit two-wheeler in India

Suzuki Motorcycle India has clinched a massive milestone. Recently,  the Suzuki two-wheeler maker announced that it rolled out its 7 millionth vehicle. This was from its Kherki Dhaula plant in Gurugram, Haryana. Suzuki’s Motorcycle India’s 7 millionth vehicle is a V-Strom SX, done in vibrant Champion Yellow colour.

Suzuki Motorcycle India Current Lineup Of Products

The company currently has a slew of two-wheelers in its portfolio. This list includes the likes of V-Strom SX, Gixxer SF 250, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF, Gixxer, Avenis, Access 125, Burgman Street and Burgman Street EX. In addition to all of these, it also retails a range of premium motorcycles. This includes the Suzuki Hayabusa, V-Strom 650XT and Katana. All these motorcycles come under its big bike product portfolio.

Suzuki mentioned that they is very delighted to have clinched the 7 million landmark in terms of production. The production first started way back in February 2006. Suzuki continues to prioritise the Indian market with a host of new launches.

Suzuki Aims Big For The Indian Market

This achievement is a testimony to Suzuki’s commitment to India. Going ahead, Suzuki aims to achieve many such milestones in the future. For the financial year ending March 2023, Suzuki posted a positive sales report. it achieved a record sale of 9.38 lakh units with a year-on-year growth of 24.3 per cent. This is when compared to FY 2021-22.

Given the massive demand in the two-wheeler segment post-Covid. Suzuki is attracting a decent number of customers to its showrooms. With some of the new launches, Suzuki is pretty much relevant in the Indian market. Taking ahead of this momentum Suzuki will aim big. The Gixxer series has got a cult fan following in the country. In the scooter segment as well, Suzuki is going great with the Access and Avenis. With more and more two-wheelers on the road, Suzuki will aim big and try to boost its sales to a new high.
