The Gixxer SF is undoubtedly one of the most good looking motorcycles money can buy under Rs. 1 lakh here in India. Arch rivals for this new Japanese entrant are the Bajaj Pulsar AS150 & the Yamaha Fazer V2.0.
Although the Gixxer SF is a full-faired motorcycle, it is just a cosmetic add-on over the naked Gixxer sibling and not equipped to fight it out with the likes of Yamaha YZF-R15 V2.0 or the Bajaj Pulsar RS200. However, comparisons are inevitable.
It’s a tough call to make as to who stands a clear winner. The Pulsar AS150 comes with a fresh new design & claims to be an ‘adventure’ friendly. The Fazer has been in the market for a long time and has tasted fair amount of acceptance from those who like to tour. The Gixxer SF is attracting the younger audience with it’s sporty looks.
The reliability of Yamaha’s engine, the fresh look from Suzuki and the Pulsar’s outstanding power output; all 3 of them stand winners in their own way.
