Steelbird India announces the launch of touchscreen-friendly riding gloves in India. The company claims that these gloves are perfect given the current winter season. Steelbird has launched two different types, namely, Full-Finger and Half-Finger. The company claims that these gloves get all the fine attention to detail to make them perform the best. The use of breathable mesh fabric aids in enhanced air circulation and ventilation inside gloves. Along with riding, these gloves can also be used for gym, climbing, hiking, cycling and camping etc.
Aesthetically as well, these gloves will add to the rider’s personality and help them get a more sporty look. The use of top-notch fabric and allied material make the gloves very lightweight. This helps in trouble-free carrying and at the same time enhance their shelf life as well. India being the world’s largest two-wheeler market, has a very high potential in the riding gears department. Steelbird is an important player in this segment that keeps updating its portfolio of products at regular intervals.
The key highlight of this glove is its touchscreen-friendly nature. And Steelbird claims that this will work with all touchscreen devices. Furthermore, the glove also gets cushion palm rest and anti-skid fabric for better grip. For easy put on and take off, the velcro closer is a boon. Riders will also appreciate the ergonomic design that helps in protecting the fist.
These gloves make use of suede polyester fabric and ribbed fabric at the back for better movement. The synthetic perforated palm helps in providing better grip to the rider. Another key highlight of these gloves is that they also provide knuckle protection.
For the full-finger glove, Steelbird has put on a sticker price of INR 599. Meanwhile, for the half-finger one, the company has set up an asking price of INR 529. Both the gloves are available in different sizes and are available at all Steelbird outlets and on steelbirdhelmet.com
