Statiq will set up its charging infrastructure at key locations, which includes, across highways, busy city centres and the likes.

Demand For EVs On The Rise

Over the past 2 to 3 years, there’s been a significant increase in the demand for EVs. The shift from traditional ICE vehicles is now quite apparent, and this is true for two-wheelers, three-wheelers and four-wheelers alike. Given India’s vast market for two-wheelers, this change in track has attracted a lot of new companies to enter the business.

Apart from the big names in the automotive market, we are witnessing a lot of new entrants who look quite promising as well. With the growing demand for EVs, the pressure is on developing a robust charging infrastructure as well. As of today, the supply curve of EVs and EV charging stations is not somewhat aligned. Due to this, there’s a disparity that is causing problems EV related like range anxiety.

Statiq EV Charging Network

Founded in 2019, Statiq is one of the many EV charging networking companies that have come up in the country. Statiq aims to provide an end-to-end service for EV charging solutions for landowners, EV users and vehicle manufacturers. Moreover, Statiq also promises that its charging network will be the country’s smartest among the competition. This is quite an encouraging move, and that will make India EV ready much sooner.
