Skoda has launched the new Slavia Monte Carlo edition in the Indian market at the price starting INR 15.79 lakh ex-showroom. In addition to this, the brand also revealed that first 5,000 bookings will get benefits of upto INR 30,000 on the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo edition. Furthermore, the Slavia Monte Carlo is available in three trims – 1.0-litre TSI with Manual Transmission, 1.0-litre TSI with a torque converter Automatic Transmission and a 1.5-litre TSI engine with a DSG (Dual Clutch) Automatic Transmission.
Monte Carlo
The launch of the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo also marks the company’s 112-year anniversary in the Rallye Monte Carlo. The Skoda Slavia is only the 3rd Skoda to wear the Monte Carlo badge in India and further expands on the product portfolio if Skoda cars. Talking about product portfolio, the brand also introduced the new Sportline variants of the Kushaq and the Slavia.
Exteriors
The Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo edition comes with two colour options – Tornado Red and Candy White. Both colours come with Deep Black roof as standard and feature an all black DLO section as well as black ORVMs. The Monte Carlo editions also come with a black finish radiator grille surround, black fog lamp garnish, and 16-inch alloy wheels in a black finish. In addition to this, the Slavia Monte Carlo edition also comes with a sporty rear diffuser, black spoilers on the front lip, skirts and the boot, and a new bumper garnish. Furthermore, the new edition Slavia also comes with Dark Chrome finish door handles as well as black lettering all around.
Interiors
On the inside, the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo features a sporty all-black cabin. The dashboard features black garnishes all round and this includes air vents, decor frame, lower dashboard, the centre console and the handbrake push button. The chrome inserts on the steering wheel and gear knob are also replaced with all black inserts. The seat come with all black leatherette along with red elements. The steering wheel also features red contrast stitching on it. The car also comes with aluminum pedals, Monte Carlo inscribed scuff plates on the front doors, and a black and red Monte Carlo Theme on the infotainment system as well as the driver’s virtual cockpit.
