Recently Skoda revealed the 2021 Fabia for the overseas market. The car looks quite elegant, just like how every other Volkswagen Group car looks-like. From the design of the new Fabia, we can get an idea of the outlook of the new upcoming sedan. The upcoming sedan based on the new MQB-A0-IN platform will finally replace the decade-old Rapid. But the chances are that Skoda might not bring the Rapid nameplate with this sedan. Rumours suggest that this new sedan might be called ‘Slavia’. The new Octavia’s launch did not happen in late April 2021 as scheduled. The ongoing pandemic is delaying a lot of launches in the Indian automotive market.
