Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has announced that Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan will be the brand ambassador for the Xcent compact sedan.
The actor has been associated with Hyundai over 16 years as a brand ambassador and is one of the longest association with between a celebrity and a brand in India. A new TVC has been built around the theme of ‘Xtra space, style and comfort’.
Hyundai has successfully delivered 35,400 Xcent sedans in the country. Backed with a petrol and diesel motor, along with a long feature list, the Xcent hasn’t had difficulties attracting customers to the showrooms.
The new Hyundai campaign is designed for the aspirational, stylish and value-seeking Indian customers with the storyline depicting the typical middle class Indian pursuits.
