Royal Enfield has become a brand synonymous with adventure riding and long distance touring. In lieu of customer support , the brand has now announced a new Borderless Warranty Program. Under the Borderless Warranty Program customers will now be able to get access to service and repairs in any country where Royal Enfield has its presence.

Thanks to the Borderless Warranty Program, customers can now explore the world worry-free on their favourite Royal Enfield motorcycle. Riders will be able to avail the warranty benefits across countries under the program. This shows the brands commitment towards rider satisfaction as well as the brand’s sentiment towards motorcycling.

Royal Enfield Global Service Network

Royal Enfield has announced that the borderless warranty program is applicable for all motorcycles that are under the warranty. It is also available on all new motorcycle purchased from Royal Enfield authorised stores across the world. Royal Enfield has a network of more than 3000 service touch points in 2,605 cities and more than 70 countries. Thanks to this, Royal Enfield rider’s will be able to traverse across the globe without getting any maintenance anxiety.

Who Can Use Borderless Warranty

The Borderless Warranty Program will also encourage the global community of Royal Enfield riders to grow and go out on multiple-country adventures. The program is available on all Royal Enfield motorcycles irrespective of the country of origin. Customers will also be able to avail warranty services from Royal Enfield Authorised Dealership/Service Centre in another country other than its home country, under the program. However, the brand reveals that the program is not available on motorcycles exported from one country to another under personal imports. Thanks to the borderless warranty program customer will be able to perform general repairs and maintenance using Genuine Royal Enfield parts.
