Royal Enfield has released its motorcycle sales report for April 2022. The brand sold a total of 62,155 motorcycles. In comparison, Royal Enfield sold 53,298 motorcycles in the same month last year. The increase in the overall sale marks a growth of 17 per cent. Royal Enfield also continues its export growth. The motorcycle manufacturer exported 8,303 units against 4,509 last year. Compared to last year, this marks an increase of 84 per cent. Despite the persistent supply chain challenges, the company had a 10 per cent growth in the domestic market. Royal Enfield sold 53,852 motorcycles in April 2022. In comparison, in April 2021, Royal Enfield sold 48,789 motorcycles.
Recently, Royal Enfield added three new colour options for the Meteor 350. The Fireball variant of the motorcycle got two new additions – Fireball Blue and Fireball Matt Green. At the same time, the top-end Supernova variant got a new Supernova Red colour option. The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is now available with ten distinct colour options.
The new Fireball Matt Green colour option gets a matt-finish green fuel tank with matching stickers on the side panels and green rim tape on the alloy wheels. On the other hand, the Fireball Blue colour option gets a vibrant, deep, gloss-finish blue fuel tank. In addition to this, it gets accentuated yellow badging on the tank and matching yellow side panels and rim tapes. The Supernova Red gets dual-tone premium Regal Red and Black colours on the fuel tank. In addition to this, the Supernova Red also gets matching side panels in the same colour as the fuel tank.
Customers can further customise the motorcycles using special colours and Genuine Motorcycle Accessories via MiY. The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 range starts at INR 205,844 ex-showroom for the Meteor 350 Fireball. The top-end Meteor 350, Supernova, gets a sticker price of INR 222,061 ex-showroom, Chennai.
