Royal Enfield hikes prices of Hunter 350, Classic 350 & Himalayan 411

We are aware that Royal Enfield hiked the prices of its flagship offering, the Super Meteor 650 just a couple of weeks ago. And now the two-wheeler maker has increased the prices of the Hunter 350, Classic 350, Scram 411 and Himalayan 411.

Royal Enfield’s Recent Price Hike

Royal Enfield Hunter 350

The Hunter 350 has been a strong product from Royal Enfield. It has proven as a strong seller for the Chennai-based marque. As it stands, it has already crossed the 1 lakh unit sales milestone. This is within months of its launch. The Classic 350, too, in its new-age avatar, has been selling in good numbers. In this new taste, the motorcycle looks very polished.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 411

The Himalayan 411 is Royal Enfield’s most off-road-capable offering. Noteworthy to mention, Royal Enfield is currently working on an all-new liquid-cooled, 450cc model.

Royal Enfield Scram 411

Meanwhile, the Scram 411 too has become an accessible, youthful version of the Himalayan. Riding with a 19-inch front wheel and a palette of bright colours, Scram 411 is an interesting offering from Royal Enfield.

No Changes To The Mechanicals

All the motorcycles that have got a revision to their prices remain mechanically the same. Thus, we do not see any upgrades or enhancements as a part of this price hike.

New-Generation Himalayan 450 Caught Testing

Recently we found a video of one of the test mules of the new-generation Himalayan 450. From the audio, we hear that the exhaust note of the new motorcycle sounds slightly softer than the existing models. The Himalayan 450 will come with a new liquid-cooled 450 cc motor. This should make around 40-45 BHP with 40 Nm of peak torque. Thus, it might be more powerful than some of its rivals such as KTM motorcycles. The new generation Himalayan will most likely come with a six-speed gearbox.
