Electric motorcycle manufacturer, Revolt Motors, has announced a new Eclipse Red colour on the RV400 electric bike. The brand also announced that bookings for the Revolt RV400 Eclipse Red are open through its official website as well as authorised dealerships.
Revolt RV400 Eclipse Red – Colour
According to the brand, the new Eclipse Red colour denotes the RV400’s “Indomitable Spirit”. Furthermore, Revolt also reveals that the new Eclipse Red reflects Energy, Courage and Adventure. The Eclipse Red colour theme features a combination of Red and Black that fade into each other.
The electric bike also comes with silver colour on its mechanical components to break the monotony. The Red is now glossier and deeper improving the overall aesthetics of the electric motorcycle. Apart from the new colour way the Revolt RV400 remains unchanged.
Revolt also offers the RV400 with India Blue Cricket Special Edition and a Limited Edition Stealth Black colour. Alongside the special colours the Revolt RV400 also comes in the Mist Grey and Cosmic Black colour options.
Revolt RV400 Eclipse Red – Technical Specifications
Powering the Revolt RV400 Eclipse Red is a 3 KW mid-drive electric motor paired to a 72V, 3.24 KWh battery pack. The Lithium-Ion battery comes with a 5 years or 75,000 km warranty. Revolt also offers a 5 years or 75,000 km product warranty with the RV400. The standard warranty on the bike remains at 3 years or 40,000 km.
Revolt RV400 Eclipse Red – Range and Top Speed
The electric power unit is capable of achieving a top speed of 85 kmph in Sports Mode while providing 80 km of range on a single charge. However, in Normal mode the electric motorcycle can achieve a top speed of 65 kmph and offers a range of upto 100 km. The brand also claims that in Eco mode, the range is upped to 150 km on a single charge while the top speed is limited to 45 kmph.
Revolt RV400 Eclipse Red – Charging
It takes 3 hours to charge the Revolt RV400 to achieve 0-75% state-of-charge. To achieve a 0-100% state of charge it takes 4.5 hours. The brand also offers 2 years charger warranty, from the date of purchase.
