Revolt Motors has introduced a new features on its popular RV400 electric motorcycle in the Indian market. The Revolt RV400 now comes with a new Reverse Mode. Also the new Revolt RV400 features a revised digital instruments cluster as well as gets new Bluetooth connectivity. Furthermore, the brand is also offering a new Lunar Green Shade. However, the new Revolt RV 400 looks similar to the outgoing model in terms of its design.
In the powertrain department, Revolt has made a few changes as well. The new RV400 comes with a new battery pack which claims to offer more range. The 3.24 kWh battery pack is coupled to a 3 kW motor that now claims to deliver a range of 160 km on a single charge. This is around 10 km more than before. Also, the battery can be charged using a fast charger in 90 minutes. Other mechanical parts such as the upside-down front fork and the mono shock on the rear still continue to being offered on the new RV400. Plus it also gets a new leg guard as well as disc brakes on both ends.
Recently, Revolt also launched a new commuter style electric motorcycle the Revolt RV1 in the Indian market at the price starting INR 84,990 ex-showroom. The Revolt RV1 electric motorcycle comes with a 2.2 kWh battery which claims to return up to 100km of range. In addition to this, the company is also offering the RV1 with a larger 3.24 kWh battery with a price tag of INR 99,990 ex-showroom that claims to extend the range to 160 km on a single charge. The IP67 rated battery also comes with a significantly higher payload capacity of 250 kgs revealed Revolt. Also the RV1 and RV1+ comes with a mid mounted electric motor and chain drive system.
