Revolt Intellicorp Pvt. Ltd. announces a new partnership with RattanIndia Enterprises Limited. As per this, RattanIndia Enterprise will now hold an equity share in the company. Rajiv Rattan will now be a non-executive chairman of the board of the company. Revolt Motors is one of the upcoming electric mobility companies in the country. Its main aim is to create a future of next-gen mobility with zero per cent fuel residue. This company claims to build India’s first AI-enabled motorcycle. Currently, Revolt Motors has set up a benchmark in the country. Its range of electric motorcycles clocked 18 Million km on-road and processed 329 Million data to date.
This new partnership will help Revolt to enter new markets in the country and also expand its presence in the South Asian countries. The company mentions that the fresh investment will help to expand the service network. As per plans, Revolts Motors will expand its touchpoints to over 35 cities in India. The company will also make use of AI to help improve the customer experience. One of the key highlights which will attract a lot of customers is the ‘Made In India’ tag. Recently, the electric company announced the price hike of RV300 and RV 400. Both the products are now up to 10,000 dearer after the price hike. To attract maximum customers, Revolt is also offering an EMI scheme. Both these products launched in August 2020 are selling in good numbers. The RV300 gets a 1.5kW hub-mounted motor and a claimed mileage of 180 km in the Eco Mode. The battery charges from 0 to 75 per cent in 3 hours and the full charge takes 4.2 hours. The RV400 gets a 3kW mid-mounted electric motor and has a claimed range of 150 km in Eco Mode. The battery charges from 0 to 75 per cent in 3 hours meanwhile the full charge takes 4.5 hours.
