Revolt Intellicorp hikes RV400 price by INR 5000

Revolt Intellicorp had launched their RV300 and RV400 fully-electric motorcycles at the price of INR 84,999 ex-showroom and INR 98,999 ex-showroom respectively. Earlier the electric motorcycles came only with a monthly payment plan of INR 2,999 and INR 3,499 respectively but that changed when a few months ago the company announced that customers could buy the motorcycle outright at the above-aforementioned price. 

The brand has now announced that it will be hiking the price for the RV400 due to rising input costs and the RV400 will now be retailing at INR 1,03,999 plus the one-time booking amount of INR 3,999. The My Revolt Plan or as the company likes to call it M.R.P has also been increased from the earlier INR 3,499 to INR 3,999. The prices and M.R.P on the RV300 remain unchanged and the RV300 is still priced at INR 84,999 ex-showroom and M.R.P of 2,999 per month. 

The Revolt RV300 is powered by a 1.5kW hub-mounted motor coupled to a 60V 2.7kWh Lithium-Ion battery pack that provides a claimed range of 180kms(Eco Mode), 110kms(Normal Mode), 80kms(Sports Mode) on a single charge. It takes 3 hours for the battery to achieve a 0-75% state of charge while 0-100% is achieved in 4.2 hours.

The Revolt RV400 is powered by a 3kW mid-mounted electric motor mated to a 72V 3.24kWh Lithium-Ion battery pack that provides a range of 150kms(Eco Mode), 100kms(Normal Mode), 80kms(Sports Mode) on a single charge. The battery can be recharged to 75% in 3 hours and 0-100% SOC requires 4.5 hours. 

Both the bikes come with riding modes, LED lighting, upside-down front forks, disc brakes on both the wheels, ergonomic seats, ergonomic upright handlebars, a quiet powertrain a top speed of 65 kmph on the RV300 and 85 kmph on the RV400.

While the price on the RV400 has been increased the company has announced that it will be reducing the delivery waiting time from 5 months to 90 days for orders starting from March. The new prices will take effect from 29th February 2020.
