Festive season is when every manufacturer tries their best to lure customers, and get their best sales figures for the year. Renault has now announced a price cut on their diesel powered cars.
For the Duster, Renault has reduced the price to Rs. 8.18 lakh (ex-showroom) as opposed to Rs. 8.70 lakh before. This offer is only on the entry level, RxE (D) variant. The company will also offer 2+2 years or 80,000 km extended warranty. This is a limited period offer and is valid only till 15th September, 2014. You also get free insurance, assured gift worth Rs. 20,000 and free roadside assistance for four years.
Likewise, Renault has reduced the price of the Scala sedan to Rs. 8.29 lakh (ex-showroom) as opposed to Rs. 8.86 lakh for the RxL (D) variant. For the Renault Pulse hatchback, price has come down to Rs. 5.69 lakh (ex-showroom) as opposed to Rs. 6.16 lakh previously for the RxL (D) variant. Additional 2 years extended warranty, 4 year roadside assistance and other benefits are offered on these cars as well.
Apart from this, expect dealers to throw in some additional goodies or exchange bonuses.
