Mahindra has launched a refreshed version of the Xylo MPV with prices starting at Rs. 7.52 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

The refreshed version is available with two engine options. A 93.7 BHP, 2.5L CRDe diesel motor and a 118 BHP, 2.2L mHawk motor. The mHawk engine is coupled to the new 5MT320 5-speed gearbox which we will also see on the new Scorpio. Mahindra has reworked the suspension setup to provide better and more planted ride quality.
The refreshed Xyla will be available in 5 trim levels namely, D2, D4, H4, H8 and H9. Cosmetic changes include revised headlamp and tail lamps with chrome inserts, new alloy wheel design, roof rails and body decals. On the inside, you get new black and beige interiors, new upholstery, dual din stereo with bluetooth and voice command, new instrument cluster, cruise control, 60:40 third row seat split, electric ORVMs, dual airbags, ABS with EBD and reverse assist with digital display.
Mahindra expects this move to help them pick up momentum in the MPV segment, now that it is facing stiff competition from the Maruti Ertiga and Honda Mobilio.
