QJ Motor has added its newest entry-level machine, the SRK400 naked. This motorcycle will arrive from the brand’s native China to the European market soon.
QJ Motor’s newest entry-level naked motorcycle gets a 400cc parallel twin-cylinder engine. The SRK400 makes 41.5 HP at 9,000 rpm and a max torque level of 37 Nm at 7000 rpm. With these power figures, it places the SRK400 in the average level for entry-level naked motorcycles. The engine is liquid-cooled, with fuel injection. QJ Motor claims that the SRK400 has “everything to please” at least in terms of design and equipment. The SRK400 features ABS braking on both the rear and front brakes and also features a two-in-one racing exhaust. The SRK400 does get its fair share of downsides as well.
The bike weighs 176 kg, which is significantly heavier than its rival machines in the market. The SRK400 is also longer and taller than its competitors. With this added weight and increased size of the machine, the motorcycle may bog down when it comes to handling and acceleration when compared to other brands. One of the standout parts of the entry-level naked motorcycles in Europe is that they are aggressively priced. With that, they deliver decent performance too. The same is the case with the QJ Motor SKR400 as well. It does deliver decent performance, and it also delivers at an affordable price.
The SRK400 is up for sale with a price tag of EUR 5,790 euros. This translates to close to INR 5 lakhs. This price level of the SRK400 would see consumers saving a lot more money if purchasing the QJ Motor model instead of its main competitors in the European market.
