Adishwar Auto Ride India Pvt. Ltd (AARI) has announced its partnership with one of the superbike marquees ‘QJ Motor’. Under this, the brand has announced 4 global products for the Indian market. The products ranging from 250cc to 500cc include the SRC 250, SRC 500, SRV 300, and SRK 400. QJ officially confirmed that all bikes will come to India via the CKD route.
The brand is already quite famous in the global market. QJ has sold over one million units worldwide and has a presence in over 130 countries. Now, the Chinese superbike producer has big plans to enter the Indian space and leverage the demand in the fast-growing superbike market of India.
SRK 400 gets a Sportster design. The motorcycle flaunts its chiselled body lines with an aggressive stance. A definite head turner for sure. SRK 400 uses a 400cc, liquid-cooled, in-line two-cylinder engine. The power output reads as 40.9HP of peak power output at 9000 rpm and 37 Nm of peak torque at 7500 rpm. The braking setup consists of 260mm twin discs at the front and a 240mm rear disc. The bike comes with dual-channel ABS to tackle panic situations with confidence.
Suspension duties are taken care of by USD forks at the front along with an off-set rear mono-shock for the rear. Key features include – Dual LED projector headlights with LED DRLs, split seats, a TFT colour display, backlit switchgear, a 13.5-litre fuel tank and more. Customers will have 3 colours to choose from. These are, namely, White, Red and Black.
2022 marked QJ’s entry into the Indian market. But the company is pretty much aware of the Indian market. All thanks to Benelli, the Italian brand acquired by QJ Motor in 2005, and has been in India for almost a decade.
With the learnings gathered after acquiring brands like Benelli, QJ has created a global name for itself in the world market. QJ is world-renowned for its high-quality and reliable products. The overall design and engineering of products of QJ will largely grab the attention of the evolving needs of Gen Z customers.
