Piaggio has also announced that the brand will be integrating its dealership across India via the same online system for ease of access towards sales consultations and seamless product delivery. The brand is also offering customer-centric finance options with booking amount starting at INR 1000, low-interest retail finance for the purchase of Vespa & Aprilia, among other benefits.
As the lockdown norms ease-out throughout the country, Piaggio India has opened its Vespa and Aprilia dealerships in a staggered manner, keeping in mind all the health and safety protocols and adhering to local law and guidelines for the safety of their customer’s and staff. The staff has been trained to follow social distancing norms with a contactless greeting, using hand sanitizers, wearing protective gear while addressing sales and service needs of the customer etc, as their new standard operating procedures.
The brand has launched two dedicated websites one for the iconic Vespa and another for the racing legend Aprilia brand which helps the customer in purchasing the two-wheeler of their choice from the safety and convenience of their home. Through the platform, Vespa and Aprilia dealers can receive a booking on customer’s choice of two-wheeler, provide consultation, get in touch with the customer and the documentation can also be done online through e-mail along with complete registration of the vehicle followed by the delivery of Vespa and Aprilia at the doorstep of the customer by a trained professional from the dealership.
Apart from accessing the information on the product, such as its features, range of colours, technical specifications of the models, prospect buyer can also obtain information such as the Ex-Showroom and On-road prices, calculate the EMI, apply for a loan, making the platform transparent and book the vehicle online by paying a booking amount online.
