Park+ & goEgoNetwork to deploy EV charging stations across India

One of India’s super apps, Park+, has announced its partnership with goEgoNetwork to deploy charging stations across India. By pairing up with India’s largest OCA-certified EV charging network, Park+ aims to develop charging infrastructure for EVs. Starting with the Delhi-NCR region, the partnership will offer the charging infrastructure for EV users at residential societies and malls. The partnership will also provide reliable EV charging solutions at commercial establishments, residential apartments, tech parks, and public parking spaces.

Park+: Company Details & Agendas

Considered India’s super app for car owners, Park+ has built an entire ecosystem for owners within 18 months. goEgoNetwork states that the absence of charging infrastructure within India ends up preventing the adoption of EVs among customers. Therefore, the company comments that youngsters prefer EVs as they are cost-effective, prevent carbon emissions, and produce no sound. Therefore, Park+’s agenda of creating a charging ecosystem for Indian EV owners aligns with goEgoNetwork’s plans.

Park+ claims that it has registered over 20 lakh vehicle owners on its app with access to all key elements. This allows for a hassle-free vehicle ownership experience that includes parking, car health, maintenance, car insurance, FASTag, PUCC, and traffic challans. Park+ is also the current market leader of automated parking spaces via FASTag transactions and auto deduction of fee payments. The company has installed the access control systems at 1500+ societies, 30+ malls, and 150+ corporate parks across the country.
