Ola Electric could be planning to launch a new electric motorcycle in the Indian market. The brand, in the recent past teased us with the front end silhouette of a motorcycle that appeared similar to the one of the bikes that were revealed as a concept. Now the company through its social media channels has teased an electric motorcycle again. But, this time the side profile of the motorcycle, part of the chassis, swingarm and rear suspension as well as the design of the motorcycle has been teased.
According to the teaser, the upcoming motorcycle could be a street fighter with sleek and sharp lines. The tank also appears to have sharp cuts and crease lines giving it a futuristic look. In addition to this, the front end also appears to come with smoked headlamps with projector lamps, horizontal DRLs and a small fly screen. The handlebar also appears to be wide with a cross brace for reinforcement. Furthermore, the motorcycle is also likely to come with a large TFT screen for the instruments. The display is likely to be a colour unit and is likely to be Bluetooth enabled in addition to an eSIM which will offer connected features.
On its side, the Ola Electric motorcycle also comes with a hollow side panel which could be the subframe of the motorcycle. The tail section appears to be sleek and is likely to come with a single seat with the taillamps tucked underneath it. The motorcycle is also likely to come with a small rear fender.
Expect the brand to reveal motorcycle tomorrow at the Sankalp 2024. At the annual event the brand is also likely to unveil a new battery technology that could power the upcoming electric motorcycle as well as other Ola Electric products.
