Electric mobility company, Odysse is offering its customers an extended warranty program for the batteries for its EVs. This extended warranty program includes – Evoqis, E2Go+, E2Go Lite, Hawk Plus, Hawk Lite, Racer Lite, V2+ / V2 and Vader. The brand has announced that all the customers purchasing Odysse products from 1 March 2024 will benefit from the extended warranty.
The new extended warranty period is of up to 5 years on the select models. The new battery warranty terms increase the period of cover from the standard 3 years to a total of 5 years. It is important to note that, this exclusively covers the battery component. Thanks to the extended battery warranty customers feel an additional sense of security for the longer period.
The extended warranty program can be purchased within 365 days of purchasing the Odysse EV. Depending on the age and capacity if the battery, customers can make unlimited number of claims. However this is valid up to the cost of the battery. In addition to this, the brand also reveals that the service will be carried out by the company’s authorised service centres.
Customers can avail the extended battery warranty through Odysse’s authorized dealers nationwide. In addition to this, customers can have comprehensive support for their electric vehicles through the enhanced warranty coverage anywhere in the country.
Odysse offers electric bikes such as Vader with a 7-inch Android display, four drive modes Google Map navigation and 18-litres of storage space. The EVOQIS comes with four drive modes,Keyless entry and more. Also, the Hawk electric scooter comes with Cruise Control and Music system.
Recently Ola Electric introduced an extended warranty program on its electric scooters. The brand is now offering an 8-year warranty on the Ola Electric scooter. Customers can also get an upgrade of 8-years and 1,25,000 km ensuring complete peace of mind .
