Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer Oben has revised the prices for its Rorr EZ bike. As per the new revision, the 3.4kWh and 4.4kWh battery pack variants are now costlier by Rs 10,000 than the previous prices.
Earlier, the 3.4kWh variant was priced at Rs 1 lakh, while the 4.4kWh variant was positioned at Rs 1.10 lakh. However, the price hike has resulted in an increment of Rs 1.10 lakh for the 3.4kWh variant and Rs 1.20 lakh for the 4.4kWh variant, all prices ex-showroom.
Meanwhile, the entry-level 2.6kWh battery variant is still unchanged. This means that buyers can still have it at the Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom) price bracket.
Apart from the battery size differences, all three variants are coupled with a 7.5kW electric motor, which develops 52Nm of peak torque. The Rorr EZ can reach up to a top speed of 95kmph and 0-40kmph is covered in 3.3 seconds.
As far as the riding range goes, the 4.4kWh variant can do up to 175km on a single charge. Meanwhile, the 3.4kWh variant can reach up to 140km, and the 2.6kWh variant can do 110km on a single charge, as per the IDC claim.
The Rorr EZ was introduced later in 2024, featuring a design mix of a naked sports bike and a commuter. Its top features include LED lights, a TFT console, ride modes, geofencing, a front disc brake, 17-inch alloy wheels, and more.
