Nissan reveals design approach for the Magnite B-SUV Concept

Nissan has revealed the design philosophy on how the brand created the much-anticipated Nissan Magnite Concept, the brand’s latest B-SUV which is designed for India and will be exported to the international market strengthening the brand’s global SUV portfolio. 

Nissan has now shared the design approach for the Nissan Magnite Concept, which the brand boasts to be not just any design on paper but it is based on the art of sculpting, bring the core of Japanese aesthetics and feel that comes from carving a shape from a big, overhanging body. 

The Nissan Magnite Concept has been designed keeping in mind the aspirations and requirements that best suit the Indian customers. The Nissan Magnite Concept is designed in Japan and comes with eye-catching features that distinguish the car among the crowd making it stand out on the Indian roads. 

The Nissan Magnite Concept features an imposing front section with a trough frame grille that brings ‘vertical motion’ and ‘enhanced rigidness’. The headlight units are very sleek and sharp bringing a stark contrast to the front section. The front apron also comes with L-shaped LED daytime running lights, adding to the overall aggressive fascia. The Magnite Concept also features a special tinted red colour adding depth to the overall look of the vehicle. 

On the interiors, the Nissan Magnite Concept features a wide and spacious feel thanks to the horizontal instrument panel, horizontal air vents and a distinctive cliff section. The Magnite Concept also features sporty mono-form shape seats which not only enhance the comfort along with robust patterns that give it a premium look. 

Nissan has also shared the Magnite’s Japanese DNA including the three highlights – ‘Kabuku’ ‘Sui’ and ‘Inase’. Kabuku represents pioneer and a game-changer, Sui stands for purity of purpose and Inase denotes dynamic and vibrant energy. The Nissan Magnite is designed in Japan keeping in mind the Indian consumers and comes with the ‘Make in India, Make for the world’ philosophy.
