Nissan India has launched a Virtual Showroom and Service Purchasing platform which gives its customers a digital platform to buy new Nissan cars and book services online from the safety and convenience of their home. The new digital car booking platform can be used to book the new 2020 BS6 Nissan Kicks and the brand has also announced that the online services will be extended for the entire range of Datsun cars as well.
Using the Virtual Showroom prospective buyer’s can view the 2020 BS6 Nissan Kicks, in an interactive way, view all its features as well as its technical specification from the comfort of their home. The Virtual Showroom strives to create an experience that is identical to an actual dealership visit without having the customer to download special applications or software and can be accessed through any browser or smartphone.
Prospective buyers of Nissan and Datsun cars can navigate to the bookings section, ‘Buy and Own’, submit a request for the desired vehicle, choose finance options through Nissan Finance and make payments through a secured payment gateway.
The brand also recently announced customer-centric finance schemes that help make Nissan cars easily accessible. The brand has introduced ‘Buy Now Pay from Jan 2021’ finance scheme on select Nissan products. The scheme enables easy acquisition of select Nissan vehicles and allows flexibility to delay the start of EMI by 7 months. Nissan has also introduced the ‘Job Loss Protection’ scheme which covers the EMI’s in case of Job loss or medical emergencies including COVID-19 and ‘Zero Mile Car’ that explores the used car business.
Nissan has also launched a fully redefined pick-up and drop service for the safety and convenience of its customer’s. The end to end hygienic solution includes complete sanitization process for all touchpoints of the vehicle such as door handles, steering wheel, parking brake, gear knob at the time of pick up and delivery from the customer’s home. The pick-up and drop facility is available at all Nissan dealerships across all major cities across India. Other customers can also avail the pick-up and drop benefits at minimal charges.
