New Royal Enfield Bullet 350 arriving soon

Royal Enfield is soon launching the Bullet 350. The move was confirmed after the ikemaker released a ‘Block Your Date’ request with a teaser. The date is set at 30 August 2023. Furthermore, the teaser also reveals the older Royal Enfield badge, which could make its way to the Bullet 350.

Royal Enfield Bullet 350 : More Details

The new generation Royal Enfield Bullet is now inching closer to its launch. The latest test mule was spotted with minimal camouflage. While there aren’t many major changes, the design of the retro bike will remain similar to the Classic 350. However, there will be a few differences to set them apart.

The new Bullet 350 gets a different rear fender design than the Classic 350. Additionally, unlike the Classic 350, the Bullet 350 gets a single-piece seat. The test mule also features an identical taillamp and indicators as the Classic 350. The same will likely carry forward to the production-spec model.

We also see that the Bullet 350 will do away with the single-cradle frame and use a double-downtube frame, similar to other modern Royal Enfields. This is thanks to the new J-series platform.

Powertrain of the new-generation Royal Enfield Bullet 350

The new Bullet 350 will get the same J-series engine as the newer 350cc offerings from Royal Enfield. The engine is good for 20 PS of power and 27 Nm of torque. It is unlikely that Royal Enfield would make changes to the engine. Thus, expect the new Bullet 350 to have similar output figures. The current Bullet 350 does not get any electronic features to boast of. However, the upcoming Bullet 350 could feature Royal Enfield’s Tripper navigation pod, at least as part of optional accessories.

Price of the new Royal Enfield Bullet 350

The current Bullet 350 is on sale at INR 1.48-1.63 lakh. Meanwhile, the Hunter 350 retails between INR 1.50 lakh to INR 1.68 lakh ex-showroom. Hence, we can expect the new-gen Bullet 350 to be priced around this range. WE will need to wait and see if the Bullet loses its crown as the most affordable Royal Enfield to the Hunter range of bikes.
