Jaguar Land Rover has launched the 2021 Range Rover Evoque in the Indian market. In addition to this, the brand also announced that it has commenced deliveries on the Range Rover Evoque in India.
The new Range Rover Evoque comes in a single R-Dynamic SE trim and S trim. The Range Rover Evoque comes with a starting price tag of INR 64.12 lakh ex-showroom, India. The brand has revealed that the R-Dynamic SE comes with the Ingenium 2.0-litre petrol engine. At the same time, the S trim comes with a 2.0-litre diesel powertrain.
The 2021 Range Rover Evoque comes with Land Rover’s timeless design language. The SUV features butch but a low slung design. The front fascia features sleek headlamps with integrated LED DRLs with the hallmark Range Rover light signature. The SUV comes with a bold grille with a trough pattern and RANGE ROVER lettering on the bonnet lip. The front apron also features a sleek air intake along with a wide air dam.
The SUV features a chunky skid plate finished in silver and aero ducts flanking the front bumper. The bonnet of the SUV also comes with air extractors to improve the thermodynamics of the SUV. Also featuring on the front fender is a signature gill ornament. The SUV gets flared wheel arches and straight-running character lines that give the SUV an elongated look.
The rear of the Range Rover Evoque comes with wraparound LED taillamps and RANGE ROVER lettering in between the light units. The rear apron features a large skid plate and bumper integrated exhaust outlets. The SUV also features a black finish roof with a progressive roofline, black-out pillars, a shark-fin antenna, integrated spoiler and a sharply raked rear windscreen.
The Range Rover Evoque comes with a new Deep Garnet / Ebony seat upholstery and a spacious cabin. The new dual colourway inside the cabin is introduced on the Evoque for the first time. The SUV comes with a driver-focussed dashboard layout that features Land Rover’s most advanced infotainment system, ‘Pivi Pro’. The Evoque also comes with an automatic climate control system with Air Ionisation and a PM2.5 filter. The SUV also gets Wireless Device Charging with Phone Signal Booster. For safety, the Range Rover Evoque also comes with a 3D Surround Camera.
Powering the Range Rover Evoque R-Dynamic SE trim is a 2.0-litre Ingenium series petrol engine. The petrol motor produces 250 PS of power and 365 Nm of torque. On the other hand the S trim comes with a 2.0-litre diesel engine. The oil motor produces 204 PS of power and 430 Nm of torque. Both engines come with an automatic transmission.
