Hyundai will finally unveil the all-new Verna next month. Ahead of that, Hyundai has already announced several details of the sedan. We now have visuals from the front three quarters. But now, we have some latest spy shots wherein we get to see the rear three-quarters. We believe this is the first look at what the production-spec sedan would look like.
What Could Be The Rear Look For The New Hyundai Verna?
The sedan has been on sale in South Korea in its production spec, which is most likely on a commercial ad shoot. The badge on the car reads as Hyundai Accent since the Verna is sold as the Accent in multiple left-hand-drive markets.
The spy shot shows the unique tail-lamp design of the sedan. We also get to see the connected LED light bar that gets crystal-like inserts. The tail lamps get two vertical extensions on each side, which further add to the exterior outlook of the sedan. The new Verna’s rear is quite striking, especially the part above the tail lamp. We see the reverse lamps housed in separate units at each corner below the tail lamps and are split into three horizontal lines. The rear bumper also benefits from its share of textures, cuts and creases. There’s also a body-coloured faux skid plate that also houses the third stop lamp.
Interesting Visuals Of The Front End Of The New Hyundai Verna
For the front, we see a connected light feature. This is a setup of three slim light panels that create a connected beam. The upcoming Verna’s front grille gets a distinctive centre and side design element. In fact, it is also the key feature of its Sensuous Sportiness design. We also get to see round fog lights positioned in what identifies as the outer grille, further adding to cohesive dynamic proportions. The side panel wheel arch section gets angled outward. This gives the front section an imposing look for the Verna sedan.
The upcoming Verna will carry Hyundai’s new design identity, “Sensuous Sportiness”. This is a reflection of the company’s philosophy of adding intrinsic and intuitive beauty. The sixth-generation Hyundai Verna is the perfect showpiece of this design direction.
