Audi India has appointed PPS Motors Private Limited as the dealer partner in Kerala. The partnership includes Audi Kochi, Audi Service Kozhikode and Audi Service Trivandrum, effective from 1st May 2022. Kerala is an important market for the German brand. And this partnership will help extend its service in a better way for the customers in this region.
Audi has officially unveiled the third and final concept of its next-generation cars that form the Sphere family. Named Urbansphere, this is essentially a luxury electric van that gives us some hints of what the future of the luxury class from Audi will look like. Furthermore, the Sphere family of concept vehicles showcase Audi’s blueprint for autonomous technology in its future cars, which is currently a hot topic in the automotive industry.
As per Audi, they opted for a completely new approach for the design of the Urbansphere. This is pretty much evident from the front fascia of the electric van. Audi’s signature single-frame grille now gets an octagonal shape which is integrated with LEDs all over. We see a similar LED setup in the rear as well. The 24-inch aero-optimised alloy wheels draw inspiration from the Audi Avus concept car unveiled in the 90s. Measuring 5,551 mm in length, 7,910 mm in width and 1,780 mm in height, Urbansphere is the largest Audi ever, yes, even larger than the humongous Q7.
Audi has already made significant progress in the EV space. The launch of the e-Tron in various markets across the world shows a positive direction for the brand. Audi recently revealed the A6 Avant e-Tron, an electric station wagon. This will extend Audi’s EV portfolio, thus attracting more customers to the showrooms. In addition to this, Audi E-Tron will soon get an update very soon.
