Nation-Wide Mahindra ‘M-Plus’ service camp personal cars

Mahindra and Mahindra have announced its 11-day long nationwide free service camp for all the cars across its range. ‘M-Plus’ is scheduled from February 8th to February 18th which will be offered in all the 600+ Mahindra authorized service centres spread across the country.

Details of the Service Camp

All the vehicles reporting to the service centre during the aforementioned dates will undergo a free 75-point checkup and in addition to that Mahindra will also offer 5% discount on the spare parts, 10% discount on labour charges and 25% discount on Maxicare treatments. Mahindra has also ensured that the customers need not travel to the service centre in this pandemic and introduced a Whatsapp account named ‘Mahindra With You Hamesha’ wherein the customers can book their service appointment with a few text exchanges. There is also a facility of using the ‘Mahindra With You Hamesha’ mobile app where the customers can avail hassle-free pick and drop, approve estimates, create their job card, select the Maxicare treatment and pay for the service charges online.

Contactless Customer Service

To curb the spread of the virus, Mahindra has taken crucial steps with the help of tech-driven digital tools which will ensure the safety of its customers. The end-to-end contactless service introduced by Mahindra is one such baby step which will enable the customers to track the progress of their car’s service, give approvals on the repair order, view repair invoice and also make their payment without touching any POS machine or any other object at the workshop. ‘CustomerLive’ is another such feature wherein the service advisor will explain all the necessary repairs and quote the repair cost directly from the service bay to the customer via video streaming.

Other Services

Mahindra is looking into adding more digital tools to be integrated with its showrooms and service centre which will enable more customers to interact from the comfort of their home. Mahindra has recently introduced a chatbot named WYH TotBot which fulfils the duties of responding to common queries of the customers like, service booking, warranty extension and more. The recent most launch from the company is the XUV300 with an automatic gearbox which also gets a host of new connected car tech features.
