Triumph has launched the MY25 Triumph Speed Twin 900 in the international market. For 2025, the British brand has upgraded the motorcycle with new suspension, sleeker styling, new colour options and electronic features. However, the motorcycle continues to be powered by the same engine. However, the majority of upgrades to the motorcycle are in the design and styling department.

Design

The MY 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900 has become sleeker than before and gets a new full-LED headlamp along with short front fender. The tail section has also been revamped with a minimalist taillamp, compared to the outgoing motorcycle. In addition to this, the Speed Twin 900 also gets a three colour options – Black, Silver and White. Triumph is also offering the Speed Twin 900 with a higher saddle which is now 765mm in height. The display is also new and comes with a TFT screen similar to the one on the Speed Twin 1200. The brand is also offering new switchgear with the motorcycle.

Mechanical Changes

In the parts bin, the Speed Twin 900 features upside down Marzocchi front forks instead of the right-side up telescopic unit. However, the USD suspension is of the non adjustable type. The bike also comes with 320mm larger disc with radial type calliper instead of the axial unit. The motorcycle also gets twin rear shock absorbers and 18-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels shod in Michelin tyres.

Powertrain and Price

Powering the Triumph Speed Twin 900 is a 900cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that produces 65 Hp of power an 80 Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox and comes with riding modes, cornering ABS as well as traction control. Expect the new Speed Twin 900 to come to India soon thanks to the motorcycle’s demand here in the Indian market. Also, expect a slight bump in its price tag compared the Speed Twin 900 that is already sold here.
