India Kawasaki Motors Pvt. Ltd. (IKM) has launched the MY25 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX, a highly anticipated next-generation sports tourer. Priced at INR 13.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
The MY25 Ninja 1100SX is powered by a 1,099cc 4-stroke in-line four engine, delivering 136 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 113 Nm of torque at 7,600 rpm. The engine upgrade from 1,043cc enhances both the low-mid range torque and overall performance. The bike features a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch and a bi-directional quickshifter for smoother gear shifts.
The Ninja 1100SX boasts a sharp design with vertical LED headlights and a muscular front fairing. It comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, and flush door handles for a sleek appearance. Inside, the bike offers a dual-screen setup with a 12.3-inch infotainment system and digital driver display, along with ventilated seats and multi-zone climate control.
The bike is packed with advanced features, including Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) with features like Forward Collision Avoidance Assist and Lane Keep Assist. It also comes with a 360-degree camera for enhanced visibility and a wireless charger for added convenience.
Kawasaki India expects strong interest from buyers in the competitive Indian market. The Ninja 1100SX is Kawasaki’s fifth sport-touring motorcycle in India. Kawasaki would be looking to increase their market share in the premium sports tourer segment. Bookings for the Ninja 1100SX will begin in January 2025, with deliveries expected to start in February 2025.
