Piaggio Vehicles India has announced an increase in the pricing of Aprilia RS 457, which will come into effect from January 1, 2025. The hike would be of INR 10000. Customers can, however, take advantage of an INR 5,000 year-end offer in December. At EICMA 2024, the Tuono 660, Tuono 660 Factory, RS 660, Tuono V4, Tuono V4, RSV4, RSV4 Factory, and other motorcycles were introduced by the Italian company Aprilia.
Beginning January 1, 2025, Piaggio Group will double the price of the Aprilia RS 457, a mid-performance sports bike. All three of the Aprilia RS 457’s available colour options will see price increases. The Piaggio intends to raise prices in India by Rs 10,000 over the existing ex-showroom rates. Currently, the ex-showroom pricing of the 2025 Aprilia RS 457 is INR 4.20 lakh. Piaggio has also offered a year-end benefit, which is available till 31st December 2024. Under this offer, the customer will get a benefit of up to INR 5000.
The Aprilia RS 457 is powered by a 457 cc twin-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 47.5 Ps of power at 9400 rpm and 43.5 Nm of torque at 6700 rpm.
The Aprilia RS 457 is available in 3 colour options: Racing stripes, Opalescent light and Prismatic dark. When it comes to weight and height; it has a dry weight of 159 kg and seat height of 800 mm. It has a fuel tank capacity of 13 litres and gives out a mileage of 30 kmpl. Both at the front and rear, it has disc brakes. In the suspension area, it has a 41mm adjustable-preload upside-down front fork and, in the rear, adjustable-preload mono shock. It also has a 5-inch TFT display and riding modes. In the safety features, it has dual channel ABS, traction control and quick shifter.
