MY24 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 priced at INR 1.57 lakh, NS160 at INR 1.46 Lakh

Bajaj Auto has announced the pricing for its latest models in the Pulsar series. The MY24 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is priced at INR 1.57 lakh, while the NS160 model comes with a price tag of INR 1.46 lakh.

Pulsar NS200 and NS160 – What’s New?

The MY24 Pulsar NS twins get some styling and feature updates. Firstly, there is a new LED Headlamp setup with thunder-shaped DRLs. There is also a new display on both motorcycles. The display has a new layout and has a fuel gauge, speedometer, odometer, gear position indicator, and other essential readouts. It also supports Bluetooth connectivity and displays call and text notifications.  There is no change in the body panels except for new graphics.

Powertrain

There is no change in the powertrain of both the motorcycles. The NS160 continues to get the 160-cc single cylinder mill that makes 17.03 bhp and 14.6 Nm of torque. The NS200 gets the 199-cc motor that produces 24.13 bhp and 18.74 Nm torque. The NS160 is mated to a 5-speed transmission while the NS200 gets a 6-speed gearbox.

Both motorcycles get upside-down front forks and mono shocks at the rear. They also get 17-inch alloys for the front and rear with disc brakes and dual-channel ABS.

Rivals

The NS160 goes up against the Hero Xtreme 160R and the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. The NS200 on the other hand rivals the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V. The motorcycles have started reaching dealerships and are available for test rides.
