Suzuki has unveiled the 2023 Hayabusa. While currently being offered only for the international markets. But this bike is expected to land up on our shores soon. For the new year model, the Japanese bike maker has revealed new paint shades for the motorbike.
The Suzuki Hayabusa now comes with an all-black colour. It also gets grey lettering and a chrome element on the side panel. Suzuki is also offering a grey with red highlights paint job reminiscent of the last-generation model. A new white and blue colour combination that is fresh for the motorbike.
Apart from the paint jobs on offer, Suzuki has not altered the mechanical of this super sport bike. The Hayabusa comes with a 1340cc, inline four cylinder engine which puts out 188 BHP and 142 Nm of peak torque. The gearbox is a six-speed unit and it also gets a two-way quick-shifter as a standard fitment.
Suzuki has continued to offer a host of electronic aids on the bike. The motorcycle benefits from a six-axis IMU, ABS, five riding modes, launch control, ride-by-wire throttle, and cruise control. On the safety front, the motorcycle gets a traction control system, anti-lift control, engine brake control, an active speed limiter, RPM assist function, and also hill/slope control.
The suspension too has been retained from the earlier model.
Suzuki is likely to bring the 2023 Hayabusa this year to our shores. Hayabusa has always been a popular model and one can even say that it has a cult following. Hence the new bike is also expected to match the success of the outgoing version. That said, it will continue to remain the Suzuki big bike sold in India. The Japanese bike maker is not too interested in launching other large displacement bikes like the V-Strom 800DE or the GSX-8S in India anytime soon.
