Nissan Magnite: What Are The Additions?
Customers can have the Nissan Magnite in five variants. These are namely, XE, XL, XV Executive, XV and XV Premium. With this update, the standard safety kit on the car includes electronic stability control, traction control, hill start assist, hydraulic brake assist and a tyre pressure monitoring system. The top variant of Magnite now also gets a 360-degree camera. Alongside this, the crossover SUV also benefits from 50+ connected car features along with Smartwatch connectivity.
No Changes To The Mechanicals
As for the mechanicals, there are no changes. And thus Nissan continues to equip the Magnite with the same hardware. But given the upcoming BS6 emission norms, these engines are now RDE-complaint. Magnite gets two engine options. First is the 1.0-litre 3-cylinder petrol unit. This motor makes 71 BHP and 96 Nm. The second engine on offer is the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. This motor belts out 99 BHP and 160 Nm. Both engines are available with a 5-speed manual transmission, with the latter getting a CVT option.

With the demand rising high for SUVs, Magnite is doing pretty well in terms of sales figures. After the news and doubts about Nissan’s existence in the country, Magnite made a strong comeback.
