KTM has silently updated the RC range of bikes in India. The Austrian bike maker has added a smoked visor to the 2023 RC 390, RC 200 and RC 125 motorbikes.
What’s new in the MY23 KTM RC 390, RC 200 & RC 125
Apart from the smoked visor, there have been no changes to the bikes. The visor was first offered on the GP Edition that was launched last year. In terms of features and colour options, the bikes continue with their existing featureset.
All the bikes come with fairing integrated indicators and LED daytime running lights (DRL). In terms of equipment, all the RC bikes ride on upside down fork suspension at the front and a monoshock at the back.

That said, KTM has not made any changes to the mechanicals of the bikes. The RC 390 comes with a 373cc engine that puts out 42.9 BHP and 37 Nm. The RC 200, as the name implies, is offered with a 199.5 cc engine that delivers 25.4 BHP and 19.5 Nm of peak torque. The baby RC is equipped with a 124.7cc engine that develops 14.34 BHP and 12 Nm.
KTM had a busy 2022 year
KTM has revealed the updated 1290 Super Adventure R. The move comes after the Austrian bike maker had a busy year. The company updated its entire Adventure range for 2023 with tech updates and new design tweaks. KTM also revived its 790 parallel-twin motorcycle this year.
KTM’s plans for a litre-class RC Sports bike?
Meanwhile, in other news, KTM is possibly working on a RC 990 Sports bike. It looks like KTM wants to get into the sports bike segment. Back in the early 2010s, the Austrian bike maker had brought the RC8R, but its replacement never came in. Now, test mules of what appears to be a new pre-production large-displacement bike from KTM has been spotted testing.
