MY23 KTM 390 Adventure with tough spoked wheels revealed

We finally have the details of the 2023 KTM 390 Adventure. The most significant change for this motorcycle is the arrival of spoked wheels. The spokes get black-anodized aluminium rims with a diameter of 19 inches and 17 inches at the front and rear, respectively. This feature was something riders have been waiting for quite some time now.

With the addition of spoked wheels, the KTM 390 Adventure becomes even more desirable and attractive for the off-road lover.  KTM has also given the motorcycle new black and orange graphics. These make the motorcycle even more attractive and give a differentiating outlook. KTM is already a household name in the Indian motorcycling community. With a slew of blockbuster launches, KTM has created a cult fan following. With the Adventure series, KTM has forayed into the offroading segment.

Engine And Mechanicals Remain The Same

As for the engine and mechanicals, there are not many changes here. The motorcycle continues with the same 373cc single-cylinder engine. The specifications too remain unchanged compared to previous versions. Thus this engine is the same with a DOHC configuration, EFI, making 44 horsepower and 37 Nm. Additionally, the engine also gets two catalytic converters to meet Euro5 standards and BS6 standards.

Other key features on the motorcycle include ride-by-wire throttle, traction control, cornering ABS, an ‘Off Road’ riding mode that allows more rear wheel slip and reduces ABS intervention, and a five-inch TFT display.

Price Details And Delivery Timeline

The 2023 KTM 390 Adventure will most likely arrive in India in the next few months. In fact, according to sources, customers will have both – alloy wheel and spoke wheel versions to choose from. However, we expect only the spoke wheel version to get the adjustable front suspension. Thus with the upgrades and addition, we assume KTM will put on a price tag close to INR 4 lakhs (ex-showroom).
