KTM has recently unveiled the 2024 version of its globally popular 390 Adventure motorcycle. While the updated model is expected to hit Indian markets in the upcoming months, enthusiasts can look forward to some exciting changes.
2024 KTM 390 Adventure : What’s new?
The key highlight of the 2024 KTM 390 Adventure is its new color palette. The motorcycle now comes in a striking orange and black combination, featuring elegant white graphics on the fuel tank. Additionally, a fresh white and grey paint option has been introduced, complemented by vibrant orange graphics that align with KTM’s distinctive design identity. Both colour variants include standard blacked-out components and orange knuckle guards.
Despite these cosmetic updates, the core specifications of the KTM 390 Adventure remain unchanged. The bike retains its 15-liter fuel tank housing a potent 373cc, single-cylinder engine capable of delivering 43 BHP and 37 Nm of torque. The feature list also remains consistent, boasting full-LED lighting, traction control, switchable ABS, and a Bluetooth-enabled TFT screen.
Hardware changes on international and Indian variants
One notable difference between the Indian and international versions lies in the suspension system. While the global variant offers adjustable suspension at both ends as a standard feature, the Indian model includes a quickshifter as standard, enhancing the overall riding experience.
Moreover, the 2024 KTM 390 Adventure will be available in variants with either spoke wheels or alloy wheels. Additionally, a low-seat option will be offered as an accessory in international markets. In India, KTM offers the 390 Adventure in 3 variants. These get 43 mm front forks with 170 mm travel and a rear mono shock with 177 mm wheel travel. The units differ in the adjustability of the suspension. The bike has 320 mm disc up front and a 230 mm disc at the back. Customers can choose from both spoke rims and alloys with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear size.
2024 KTM 390 Adventure India launch
KTM has yet to announce the official launch date for the 2024 390 Adventure in India. However, motorcycle enthusiasts can anticipate its arrival in the early months of the upcoming year, bringing with it these captivating new colour choices and a host of impressive features.
