MY23 Hyundai i20 N Line : What’s new?

We have noticed a few changes in the upcoming i20. The same changes are expected to be carried forward in the new i20 N Line as well. These include a revised front bumper. Further, to differentiate the N Line from the regular car, Hyundai is also equipping the i20 N Line with a new sharper grille, updated bumpers and alloy wheels in new design. N Line could also get red highlights on the outside, red brake callipers and a dual tip exhaust.

On the inside, we can expect Hyundai to up its game as well. Hence, the Korean carmaker is likely to add a new 10.25-inch dual display dashboard. One of these will be the instrument cluster while the other will be the infotainment unit. This is similar to the one found on the European i20.

There are no engine changes to be expected on this updated i20 N Line. Hyundai is expected to continue with the same existing 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine. This motor develops 118 BHP and 172 Nm of peak torque. It is paired with a choice of iMT or a 7-speed dual clutch gearbox.

Meanwhile, Hyundai is also gearing up for the new Exter launch in India. Apart from releasing the teaser images of the compact SUV, the carmaker has announced the brand ambassador for the car. The Exter’s rand ambassador is none other than cricketer Hardik Pandya. The Exter is expected to be positioned below the Venue in the company’s line-up.
