MV Agusta teases Superveloce Testalarga motorcycle

Italian luxury motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta has teased the new Superveloce Testalarga motorcycle. The MV Agusta Superveloce Testalarga will be a one-off motorcycle. Yes, the brand will only make 1 unit of the Superveloce Testalarga, making it one of the most exclusive motorcycles in the world. The MV Agusta Superveloce Testalarga will be based on the Superveloce 800 and comes with an exclusive paint job along with premium embellishments and cosmetic upgrades.

MV Agusta Superveloce Testalarga – Highlights

According to the images on social media, the Superveloce Testalarga comes with features such as a Red-Silver and Yellow paint theme accented by a gold finish chassis and wheels. The motorcycle also gets a single seat with a red finish Alcantara and drilled side panels. The Testalarga also comes with a unique quick-lock fuel filler cap and leather strap.

MV Agusta Superveloce Testalarga – Powertrain

The MV Agusta Superveloce Testalarga will likely come with the same engine offered on other Superveloce models. The Superveloce comes with a 798cc three-cylinder four-stroke 12-valve DOHC motor. The engine also features Titanium Intake and Exhaust Valves along with DLC (Diamond-Like Coating) on the tappet. The liquid-cooled and electronically fuel-injected motor produces 147 PS of power and 88 Nm of torque. MV Agusta offers a cassette-style 6-speed transmission with MV EAS 3.0 (Electronically Assisted Shift Up & Down). The brand claims that the Superveloce can achieve a top speed of 240 kmph.

MV Agusta Superveloce Testalarga – Electronics and Mechanicals

The Superveloce Testalarga is likely to come with the sale electronics package as the top-spec Superveloce. The bike is likely to come with a 5.5-inch colour display. The display offers Bluetooth and GPS along with MV Ride App for navigation mirroring. The motorcycle also gets an app-controlled engine, and rider aids setup.

In addition to this, the electronics package also includes a full ride by wire Mikuni throttle body, MVICS 2.1 and Eldor Nemo 2.1 engine control unit. The bike also comes with a torque control system with four maps, Traction Control with eight levels of intervention, Launch Control and Cruise Control.
