MV Agusta Superveloce 75 Anniversario limited edition revealed & sold-out in hours

Commemorating its 75th anniversary, MV Agusta has launched the Superveloce 75 Anniversario to celebrate the occasion. Only 75 examples of the limited-edition vintage supersport model were produced and the entire inventory has been sold out only hours after its launch. The 75 number significance was not limited to the 75 units paying homage to the 75th anniversary but the brand opened bookings only for 75 hours starting 14th November 18:00 EST. 

While the basic timeless design of the Superveloce has been kept untouched the 75th Anniversario features a new Italian Tricolour paint livery with ‘Superveloce 75’ painted on the side in Gold lettering, Gold pinstripe detailing on the side fairing, tubular trellis frame finished in Gold, Gold rims with black spoke wire latticed in a unique layout and a matching Red Alcantara leather seat. The Superveloce 75 Anniversario also features a numbered aluminium plate on the steering head. 

The special edition model also comes with a dedicated kit which includes an Arrow thee-exit exhaust for the race track, a specially developed control unit to match with the racing exhaust, red-painted tail cover, battery charger and a special bike cover. MV Agusta also presents a certificate of authenticity for every unit of the Superveloce 75 Anniversario. The MV Agusta Superveloce 75 Anniversario also comes with 3 Years warranty and support service for all its customers.

The MV Agusta Superveloce 75 Anniversario is powered by a 798cc, 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC engine which produces 148 HP of power and 88 Nm of torque coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with MV EAS 2.1 (Electronically Assisted Shift Up & Down). The motorcycle tips the scales at just 173 kg (Dry) and is capable of a top speed of 240 kmph. The engine also does duty on the MV Agusta F3 800. 

The MV Agusta Superveloce 75 Anniversario features an ALS tubular steel trellis chassis that rides on rides on externally adjustable 43mm upside-down Marzocchi forks with rebound-compression damping and spring preload on the front and a single fully adjustable Progressive Sachs unit on the single-sided swingarm at the rear. 

The MV Agusta Superveloce 75 Anniversario is priced starting EUR 25,000 which can be roughly converted to INR 22.05 lakhs.
