MG Motor extends its support to fight the ongoing pandemic by donating Hector Ambulances to Jeevan Jyothi Trust in Bengaluru. Under the MG Sewa initiative, the British car manufacturer has various other initiatives supporting the needy to fight Covid-19. The NGO previously requested MG Motor to provide an ambulance for St. Joseph’s Healthcare Centre, in Kolar Gold Fields, Kolar district, Karnataka. This ambulance donation plays a part in MG India’s efforts to strengthen the medical infrastructure in the country. Previously, MG had donated Hector Ambulances to Nagpur, Vidarbha, and Vadodara regions.
Given the current situation, the medical infrastructure is badly hit by the overwhelming number of Covid-19 cases. In an attempt to mitigate this, MG has made efforts by launching various Covid-19 related schemes. With the partnership of Jeevan Jyothi Trust, MG has improved the medical infrastructure of Kolar Gold Fields as a whole. With the addition of the ambulance service, Kolar Gold Field now has a much more robust healthcare facility. Jeevan Jyoti Trust will also provide 24/7 medical care at KGF, including hospitalization. The NGO will extend its support to the people by providing them with medical equipment, healthcare personnel, and more.
To help its customers, MG Motor has launched a new initiative called MG Healthline. This will enable the customers to avail various car-related services directly at their doorstep. This includes services like a car wash, general check-ups, minor repairs, and more. This move will make sure that the customers get all the necessary services without leaving their homes. Along with this, MG has also started to offer a 24/7 medical consultation facility for its customers. With a partnership with Doctor 24×7, MG customers can now get free online medical consultation, thus providing peace of mind in these unprecedented times.
